A PLACE FOR GROWTH

OF ALL KINDS

Conveniently located at the Hartland Shopping Center, the studio opened in 2024, providing a true home for both our instructors and our practice.

Prior to opening, our studio underwent a major transformation that allowed us to create a space that provides the best possible experience for our members, both on and off the mat.

During our classes, we use infrared heating panels that allow for all the benefits of traditional hot yoga without the room becoming stuffy or uncomfortable.

After class, we encourage you to take time to join in the community we’ve created. Whether it’s getting to know any of our amazing instructors or sitting with a cup of coffee to catch up with others in the studio, we invite you to make this space your own.

A ONE OF A KIND MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

MEET THE GRADUATES

As part of Nu School’s commitment to thoughtful education, FORUM hosts a six-month mentorship that supports new teachers as they grow into confident, curious facilitators of the practice.

During this mentorship, interns fine-tune their teaching skills, learn how to truly hold space, and develop the ability to read and respond to the bodies in front of them with care, presence, and integrity.

This experience is the only one of its kind in Lexington.

FOUNDER OF FORUM

MEET CHRISTINA MORALES

Christina’s yoga journey began 20 years ago as a way to bring peace and balance to her life. What started as a personal exploration led to a profound passion for helping others manifest their highest potential through mindful movement and breathwork practices.

In 2013, she completed her first teacher training and she hasn’t stopped learning since. She immerses herself in everything yoga: anatomy, biomechanics, breathing mechanics, the mind and meditation, and more. Originally from California, Christina moved to Lexington in 2016 and didn’t waste any time connecting with other yoga enthusiasts in the area. After running Nu School Yoga from her home studio, opening FORUM was a natural progression that allows Christina to reach more students and guide them on their own yoga journey.

Facilitating yoga is not just a profession for me; it is my personal dharma. There is nothing that fills my heart with greater love and joy than the opportunity to pay attention and take care of my students. It is in these moments of connection and service that I feel truly aligned with my purpose. I can’t wait to share these moments with you.
