COURSES + EDUCATION

Nu SCHOOL YOGA

Yoga is about more than the physical movements and poses— it's about cultivating understanding and deepening your practice through education. That is why continual learning is woven into our studio culture. Through Nu School, we offer specialized trainings and courses for students looking for more insight through guided practices, informative discussions, and extensive trainings.

Sink Deeper: Weekend Immersion

Three days. Thirty hours. One transformative experience.

Through movement anatomy, subtle body practices, and creative asana labs, discover new layers of expression and connection. Engage in creation labs that unravel the art of language and the power of collective energy, inspiring fresh pathways in your practice and teaching.

This immersive experience is open to the public and can be taken for 30HR CET or as part of the 300HR YTT Module with Authentic Movements.

  • This 30 HR Training is for anyone wanting to further their exploration and implementation of logical creativity into their personal practice and/or teaching.

This training is open to everyone although we do recommend at least 1-2 years of regular, solid practice. If you don’t particular care about earning a certificate and simply want to enjoy a weekend of creativity and play, then there is no need to attend all sessions.

  • Erin Kelly is a yoga and movement educator who’s known for her energy and fluidity of movement in both practice and teaching, and is often found upside down or cultivating creativity through uncommon transitions.

In 2016, Erin and Stevi Gongora started Authentic Movements, a movement science and yoga school that currently hosts a wide variety of continued education courses, as well as yoga teacher training.
